Owning a home is still a dream of most people.  Unfortunately, too often people are told that they can't buy their first or even a larger home; and they do not receive any  assistance in correcting challenges they may be facing that prevents a purchase.

 But, if you are presently paying market-rate rent, or a mortgage, we say

 "Yes, you can!" We'll work with you to  show you how, and assist you in making it happen.

Do you want to own a business (or other income-producing activity) and be your own boss?  Rather full- or part-time, we can assist you in accomplishing your goal.

We can assist you with brainstorming, conceptualizing, evaluating, and testing  business ideas; as well as, assist with creating a business plan, identifying possible sources of financing, considering site locations, and gathering other needed resources.

For this process, we bring together a team of professionals to help better ensure your success.

This is our core program on which our organization is founded.  We believe wealth building (inclusive of creating a significant savings, owning a home or business, investing in income-producing real estate, and/or investing in stocks & bonds) all starts with gaining knowledge and understanding of financial systems.  

Additionally, we assist our members with day-to-day financial decisions they must make when implementing their plans.
